Jan began her career with South Chase Mtg. Corp in 2002 after having been one of our most faithful Clients. Up until mid 2002, she was building homes as well as selling them. She is still Broker-in-Charge for the real estate side of South Chase Mortgage, but prefers to work with people within the financial side of the business.

Jan loves working with "first time homebuyers" and is certified in the HUD SECTION 184 Program, a program desined specifically for Native Americans, which she explains in detail on her website.

Jan is married with one daughter and one granddaughter, but has a passion for her dogs, although she wishes she had more time to devote to them. She works with a local animal rescue group, is an active member of NAMB, NCAR, ABWA, CREIA, and the Asheville Board of Realtors.

Jan has been a member of Biltmore Baptist Church for 40 years (don't say that out loud though) and believes her commitment to her Faith, customers, her family, both work and personal are the sustaining factors that make her "love what she does"!

Jan has some unique programs to offer Realtors to assist in the selling of their homes and would love to talk to them about it.
